Welcome to the 2 week wellbeing spring clean where I will show you how to:

Create simple healthy habits you can stick
January and new year can be a tricky time to start to new habits and new mindsets, sometimes it works great but most of the time the short days and cold weather can make it feel more of a time to rest, nurture yourself and lie low.
For me, the arrival of spring is more the time to step into action and make change and get back into my good habits ... hence the 2 week spring clean that we're going to do together! And to make sure this suits everyone there are different version of the Wellbeing Spring Clean so you can choose the format that suits you the best.

What's it all about?

This is about stepping into the new season with a "spring in your step"

Throughout winter it's easy and natural to let our habits slip, maybe you've found the last couple of months tough, maybe you've been feeling lower energy and not as motivated to do the things that you know help you. If you feel ready to dust off your sense of wellbeing calm and positivity (or maybe discover it for the first time) you're in the right place - everyone is welcome.

This two week spring clean will kick off with an online workshop on Saturday 14th March at 10am - 11.30am (recorded if you can't make it live) where we will look at what your personal intentions are for spring and then HOW you can go about making that happen. We will look at simple yet powerful breathing techniques to use each day, mindset and daily habits to practice thereby setting yourself up for success and we will look at the things NOT to do that might be getting in your way and sabotaging you progress. (I'll share with you what I was doing "wrong" for years!)

I'll be showing you how you can build on where you're at now and how you can make simple powerful tweaks to your habits and mindset so you can soring forward with a more resilient and positive mindset.

We'll be exploring techniques and tools to bring more positivity into your life but ALSO why your negative thoughts are really normal and can also be very helpful if you use them in the right way.

These 2 weeks together days are about making your wellbeing simple, enjoyable and transformational, and YES you can have all 3!

The FREE action will be taking place in my free Facebook group with videos from me popping up throughout the two weeks for you to engage with and share your experience, progress, challenges and questions.

The FULL version will be a small but incredibly valuable investment of £33 where you will get access to TWO live workshops with me on zoom (also recorded) at the start and end of the two weeks. These will set you up for success at the start AND help you to plan your next steps at the end with how you will maintain your progress, because this isn't really about these two weeks it is about giving you the tools to carry forward for the moths and year ahead!

In the FULL version you will also get 3 videos each week sent directly to you via Whatsapp PLUS opportunities throughout the two weeks to ask me your questions and share with the group

Dates for your diary
The Start: Saturday 14th March
We start in the Facebook group plus join the workshop with me from 10am - 11.30am on zoom for the full version to set yourself up for a great two weeks of support and connection
Days 1 - 13
6 videos posted on facebook or direct to you on whatsapp with guidance on how to maintain your calm, positivity and habits. These videos will be short (approximately 10 minutes) to make it easily "doable."
Day 14 - Saturday 28th March
A live workshop with me 10am - 11.30am celebrating the two weeks, the successes you've experienced (there will be lots) and challenges you've encountered (there will naturally be some of these too) and what you have learnt to carry forward into spring and summer.
