 In-person: Bakewell Methodist Church

Mondays: 1.15pm - 2.45pm - Yoga for all

Tuesdays: 7.30pm - 9pm - Yoga for all

 Fridays: 1.15pm - 2.45pm - Yoga for all

Online: Live & Recorded

Tuesdays: 4.30pm - 5.30pm - Meditation

Tuesdays: 7.30pm - 8am - Morning Yoga

Thursdays: 7.30pm – 9pm - Yoga for all

(All online classes are recorded so even if you can't make it live you can still book for the class and a recording of the class will be sent to you)

Class Prices 2026

Yoga Classes (90 mins):

 £10 for one class

 £45 for a 5 class pass - 7 weeks to use.

 £85 for a 10 class pass  - 14 weeks to use.

Yoga 30 minute online morning class is £5 pay as you go (includes a copy of the recording too)

Meditation Classes (60mins):

 £8 for one class

£35 for 5 classes - 7 weeks to use

Description of classes

Description of Classes

Yoga for all 

classes are suitable for everyone from complete beginners through to experienced yogis. Different options will be given to modify the practice to suit your needs. These classes take place online and in person.

Online Hatha Flow Yoga

These classes are aimed at people who have already done some yoga before and know the basic poses or are happy to just jump right in without much explanation. You do NOT need to have a "strong physical practice" (not that I like this term anyway!) to do this class as there are lots of options given so you can dial the practice up or down to suit how you feel on the day -  but if you are new to the practice and feeling a little unsure perhaps try the earlier slow class first.

Meditation & More:

This is a beautiful class of guided meditation and breathwork along with guided journaling and relaxation. Get ready for an hour of bliss, rest and recharging your mind, body and nervous system. (Recorded if you can't make it live on zoom)
