In the heart of the Peak District National Park
We are sisters (and the best of friends) Alison & Helen Fiddler.
We are both experienced yoga & meditation teachers and look forward to taking good care of you during your retreat. Helen has been living and teaching yoga in the Peak District for the past 6 years and can't wait to welcome you to this beautiful place she now calls home. Alison was London based for many years teaching her own classes and in studios before moving back to the north of England 2 years ago.
Helen is also a certified wellbeing coach and Alison is a clinical hypnotherapist and dance teacher. We are also both reiki practitioners. We'll be drawing on all our skills and experience to create this beautiful joyful holistic retreat for your body, mind and soul.
The retreat is fully catered with delicious plant based meals prepared by our expert retreat chef. Plus plenty of snacks and drinks available throughout the day.
Beautiful food for a beautiful retreat
We are delighted to have Chamiah from Nourish Me Wild as our very own retreat chef. Our luxury wellbeing retreat demands the most special food – food that you may not have the time to prepare at home. Chamiah is highly skilled and experienced at providing, delicious, healthy and nourishing plant based food that helps your body to heal, thrive and to feel really looked after.
Chamiah is in high in demand as an expert chef for yoga retreats - we're so lucky to have her join us!
Accommodation is based on 2 people sharing a twin room so you can either come with a friend or we will pair you up with another lovely yogini.
There are a small number single occupancy rooms available too.
All rooms are ensuite.
The accommodation is simply beautiful with breathtaking views.
We want you to feel really at home so it will be a relaxed nourishing atmosphere.
We will create a home together as we retreat from the world.

What you can expect ....
First to note is everything is optional - you do what suits you!
Join in with everything or take yourself off for some solitude.
The retreats starts Monday from 4pm
We check out of the venue on Thursday at 10am
After check out you are invited to go for a lovely walk in the beautiful countryside with Helen & Alison and visit a local cafe.

Evening activity: wellbeing workshop, relaxation, fire pit, group walk
Expect joy, peace, laughter, releasing, deep relaxation and blissful yoga & meditation, of course! All within a group of kind & supportive women.
All guests will be invited to do a simple daily act of service (karma yoga) for the group, e.g. putting out yoga mats or setting/clearing the table at meal times. This is also a beautiful way to connect with each other and create a sense of community and connection during the retreat.
This is an alcohol free and vegan plant based retreat, giving our bodies time to detox and be nourished.
£675 pp in a twin room (ensuite)
£825 pp double room sole occupancy (ensuite)
This includes all yoga and meditation classes, group activities and workshops, luxury accommodation and delicious plant based food.
£150 deposit required to secure your space.
