A four week course to allow you thrive this spring time!
I'll be helping and guiding you to build helpful realistic habits, training your brain to chose helpful thoughts, and replacing stress and anxiety with more peace and calm. This is a wonderful opportunity to prioritise your wellness, connect with like minded people and get support and advice for your wellness this spring.
Each week we will look at:
- Breathing techniques to calm the mind, body and nervous system
- Journaling techniques to train your brain to see and feel more positivity and helpful thoughts
- One of these key topics:

Time management for when you are too busy or not making valuable use of your time in the way you want

How to respond to challenging situations and people

My best strategies to calm an anxious and busy mind

The art of Santosha, moving towards where you want to be whilst be grateful for what you have right now.

Throughout winter it's easy and natural to let our habits slip, maybe you've found the last couple of months tough, maybe you've been feeling lower energy and not as motivated to do the things that you know help you. If you feel ready to dust off your sense of wellbeing, calm and positivity (or maybe discover it for the first time) you're in the right place - everyone is welcome.

We will have 4 workshops over the 4 weeks:

Sessions take place on Wednesday evenings live on zoom 6pm – 8pm

We start Wed 29th April

Sessions are recorded so if you can't make the sessions live you can easily catch up on the recording

Each session will include breathwork, journaling and a key topic for that week

There will be time for questions, discussion and sharing for those who wish to share (not recorded)

As part of the course you will be emailed a tracking booklet and be invited to join a Whatsapp group with group sharing on Sundays & Mondays

There will be lots of group support and time with me


I'm Helen, your health & wellness coach, I am here to support you!

Sometimes the wellbeing world can seem fluffy or unrealistic. My way of working is putting wellbeing theory into action to create a clear plan of what that means for you in real life.
I have spent the last 10 years working with thousands of clients and students to improve their sense of wellbeing. For most people growth and change is achieved through learning powerful techniques, making mindset shifts and getting support in making practical changes. As a yoga and meditation teacher I will also be teaching you the most affective breathing techniques to calm the nervous system.
