Yoga and the Chakras

Saturday 20th November 2021

11.15am - 1.30pm


In this online workshop we will look at the chakras - wheels of energy in the body, focussing on:

  •  what the chakras are,

  • the benefits of having them in balance,

  • how we can connect with the chakras in meditation

  •  how different yoga poses can help to balance the chakras.

This session will be a mix of theory, meditation, physical yoga asanas (poses) and relaxation. Suitable for all levels of yoga experience
