Join me for a beautiful evening together full of gentle nourishing movement and yoga to create a blissful feeling in the body, a guided meditation to calm your nervous system and take your into a lovely state of peace and tranquility ready for a long relaxation , time for YOU to RELAX.
In this session we will also devise a joyful winter wellbeing plan that you can use to help you stay focused on your wellbeing goals and priorities throughout Christmas and winter. Time for sharing with other lovely like minded souls.
