Yoga and the Chakras

In this online workshop we will look at the chakras - wheels of energy in the body, focussing on:
what the chakras are,
the benefits of having them in balance,
how we can connect with the chakras in meditation
how different yoga poses can help to balance the chakras.
This session will be a mix of theory, meditation, physical yoga asanas (poses) and relaxation. Suitable for all levels of yoga experience
