Join me on World Meditation Day 2023 for a special Online Wellbeing Workshop

We will be looking at different meditation techniques: breathwork, visualisations, chakra meditation and then taking that into some gentle movement and relaxation.
We will also have a section on positive thinking (and how negative thinking can also be healthy!) with optional supportive discussion.
So I invite you to clear your diary, create some time for YOU to rest, relax and enjoy some beautiful self care all in your own home where you can be cosy and comfortable whilst I guide you through the session.
